  • Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through the website, by phone, or in person at the El Pollo food truck.
  • Prices: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. The total price of your order, including taxes and any additional charges, will be displayed before you confirm your order.
  • Payments: El Pollo accepts payments in cash and by credit/debit card. Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email or text message.

3. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup: Orders for pickup can be collected from the El Pollo food truck during operating hours.
  • Delivery: El Pollo may offer delivery services in select areas. Delivery fees and estimated times will be provided when you place your order.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes: You may request changes to your order before it has been prepared.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been prepared.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds: El Pollo will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of El Pollo.
